Your catering representative will be happy to plan a menu especially for you or assist you in selecting the proper menu items and arrangements to ensure a successful function. Prices All quoted prices are subject to change. Prices will only be guaranteed 6 months in advance and only when signed event catering contract is executed and a deposit is received. Prices on all buffets and reception items are based on a 2 hour length of service. Service Charges & Taxes A standard service charge of 20% shall be assessed on all food and beverage served. Food and Beverage are subject to appropriate state Tax. Deposit & Payment Information An advanced deposit determined by the function is required upon signing the contract. 50% of the total contract price is due (120) day’s prior to the date of the event. The final balance is then due (14) days prior to the day of the event based on the guaranteed count. Such payments shall be by cash or check. Charges for guests over the guarantee and consumption bars are payable at the conclusion of the event. Guaranteed Guest Count Guaranteed attendance must be provided (7) days prior to the day of event. If no guarantee is given, the host is responsible for the contracted count. We will prepare to serve 5% (up to 30 people) above the guaranteed number. Cancellations Events canceled prior to (120) days before scheduled date will be entitled to a refund of (50%) of advanced deposit. No refunds will be extended to cancellations within (120) days. Additional Requirements Flowers, music, dance floors, special occasion cakes and special linen can be arranged through your catering representative at an additional charge. |
